MCT's 3-D Wednesday

Party Favor Treat...

Good Morning Crafty Friends! I hope all of you enjoyed the FUN Blog Hop that My Creative Time just had, with the new release for February. Wasn't the new release out of this world? So, let's get started. Welcome back for another episode of My Creative Time 3-D Wednesday.

For my project today, I had a Garden or Spring Party in mind. I did my project mostly in green to give you all some St. Patty's Inspiration. Also, I wanted to create an easy to make "Thnak You" party favor. Here are some shots:

Attached to the doily is the Lollipop treat holder.

Love love love using this cute three layer die flower. I use this pretty stitched flower with alot of my projects. It is way too easy to put together.

Simple tag and sentiment is stamped in black ranger ink.

What do you think? Is it Garden or Spring Party approved? The doily die can easily be used in so many ways! I hope you all get this new release and add it to the ones you already own. They can be used together and create fun projects!
Don't forget to go to My Creative Time to take a look at the rest of the Design Team Prjects.
Have a fabulous week and see you back here next time!

My Creative Time's February Stamp and Die Release Blog Hop

Lucky Gift Box and Bracelet...

Happy Friday Crafty Friends! What better way to start the weekend if it's not with a FUN Blog Hop from My Creative Time. If you are coming from Nikki's Blog, Scrappin' Navy Wife, then, you are where you need to be. For today's release project, I was to showcase the new Treat Slider Box. I wanted to get ahead on the holidays and decided to create some fun and easy bracelets with its coordinating giftbox. Here are some pics for you:

I love how the ribbon and feathery piece of boa dress up this cute and fun box.

One of the treat slider box pieces, I decided to use it as a tag. I dry embossed it with an embossing folder. hard to see, but I did the same for the base of the little box. The sentiment is definately perfect for this gift. Stamped it in black ranger ink.

Here is the top box cut in printed cardstock. It is a scrap from an older project.

Cut a piece of acetate scrap from the base of the box to put as a lid for the bracelet to stay put.

Cut a 4 leaf clover from the new release die out of printed cardstock and another one from acettate to put in front of the printed one. Atacched both with a jump ring to the bracelet. Hard to see, but also added some satin white ribbon to the bottom base of the box.

Now... onto the February Stamp and Die Release:

"TREAT SLIDER DIE"
Since this "Treat Slider Die" is a larger die, this will ALWAYS be a "PRE-ORDER" item. Please allow a 2 week turn around for delivery of this die! ALSO, this will be sold individually and will NOT be included w/the bundle!

My Creative Time Design Team Member

New Member Announcement...

Sweet Hellos... My name is Rosy and I am addicted to anything Crafty! My Creative Personality started at the age of 12. Having a Mom who is a professional Seamstress and a Dad who is in Paint & Body Work, and leisure time he LOVES to do any home renovations, I say it would be all in the genes. I LOVE to alter anything that can be covered with Crafty elements. I am a SAH Wife and Mother to a Pre-teen Daughter and a Teen Son. It becomes hard to keep close Friends due to moving constantly for my Husband's Military Career. But, I have made many many Friends through Blogs and FB with the same Crafty interests. I hope to make MANY more new Friends as this new Adventure begins for me.

For today's project, I want to share with all of you a lil' treat box I am making for my Daughter's Teachers and my Neighbors. If you have used score boards for boxes, then this one is super simple.
Here are some pics of my Fall Project using My Creative Time Stamps and Dies.

The base of the box measures 2" x 2" x 4 1/2" and the back panel measures 5 1/8" x  4 1/2".

I placed white chocolate covered pretzels inside the box. But, any Yummy treats can be substituted.

I used the Build a Banner Kit and Anyday Bingo & Crossword
to make the Banner. Bows and ends are made from DMC Floss.
I added some liquid glitter to add some sheen to the Letter and Circles.

Wrapped a burgandy/grape color and stitched ribbon to the box and a leaf circle on the bow for a button effect. The leaf circle has liquid glitter as well for sheen look.

I stamped a background and leaf from Build a Banner Kit and Anyday Bingo and Crossword sets, onto white cardstock.

I used a white gel pen to outline the starburst circles. Again, I used a leaf stamped circle to this mini tag for a button effect and added some sheen to it.

I hope you have enjoyed my project I have created as my First "My Creative Time" Design Team Member.
Please stop by Emma's Blog, My Creative Time to view the rest of the DT projects.

Have a Great Weekend and Stay Warm!
