First Smiley Cards Project...

Birthday Smiley/ Emoticon Card...

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!! My... how this week half past by me, with the wink of an eye...lol. I was sooo HAPPY when my Gyspy was updated and new carts were available with no glitches. Felt BUMMED for some of you Crafty Friends that were having so many issues with the whole thing. Then, started hearing things were getting better. I hope the issues continue to get solved. I am pretty sure all of you will enjoy this FUN cart if you were able to download it. The good news is that PC is still giving Everyone who purchased their Gypsy late, until December to register and download some of the free carts.
Well, onto my card project I worked on this evening. This Birthday Smiley Card was made for my Teen Nephew. Which now a days, not only do Teens LOVE these Smileys, but Adults as well. I hope you take time to glance at my project and let me know what you think. Have a Sweet and Restful Night Everyone.

With Sympathy...

Butterfly Sympathy Card...

My post today is somewhat Bittersweet. My Brother called me this morning to let me know his wive's (My SIL) Grandmother Passed On this Morning. Bitter because she left this world. And Sweet because I had the chance to meet her when I was a Junior in High School. I had not had the pleasure of visiting her in a few years because of living all over the states and overseas. But, when I did have the chance to go home to Texas, I had the pleasure of seeing her again in a kid's party or family gathering. May she rest in peace and forever be watching over her Loved ones.

Here is some pics of the Card I sent my SIL today. I know nothing can console her right now. But, From Miles Away I wanted her to know she and her Family are in my Thoughts and Prayers.

I added a small vellum envelope so my SIL can add anything small and personal that belonged to her Grandmother. If I get permission to post some info and pic about this Beloved, Strong, and Independent Woman; I will do so. Everyone have a great Evening and hope you are Creating something Beautiful!

A Lil' Batty 4 You

French Fry Treat Box

Sweet Hellos Blog Besties... I know it has been quite awhile since I last posted. My Life in the Fall has been dedicated mainly to my Kids. Fall is very busy around our house with Sports. But, even if I don't post, I still make it to the Computer to visit some of my Fav Blogs for Inspiration now and again.

I have been wanting  to work on a Lil' treat bag or box for quite a while now. I usually make something for my neighborhood Lil' kids and my kids for Halloween. The other day my Daughter came home with the cutest Lil' Fry Box from McDonald's and of course I asked her for it when she got done with it. I knew that this Lil' Box was going to become my Halloween Treat Box for this Year.

I decided to open up the back flaps and traced it on a white cardstock for a template. Very easy and simple to make. The Printed Paper I adhered to the outside of the box, was made by making a 1/8 " smaller box and cutting out the parts that I only wanted to use. Here are some pics of the finished Boxes for the Halloween Treats. I hope you liked my quick and easy project. If you have a question or comment about them, Don't forget to leave one on the Comment Box. Everyone Have A Great Evening and can't wait to see what you have came up with for this Spooky Holiday. Enjoy!!!
