This Week, Emma at My Creative Time decided to go "Cricut-less" & "Gypsy-less" for this week's Challenge (GASP). It was a bit of a challenge for me. As my machines have been doing all the HARD work lately. I know I wanted to do a Fall Card to display on my Entrace way table. I remembered I had taken some Beautiful pics of my Daughter at the local pond and small pier. This Fall, I have not had time to go and take Fall pictures of
My Family, that is why I used last year's. I printed it on Iron-on paper and ironed it on a creme' color fabric. Then, I put clear glaze to give it a glass effect. Unfortunately, in the pics that I have taken of the card, it makes my Daughter's pic look distorted. But, the glass effect gives it a very pretty dimension. Also, before I put the glaze, I chalked the ends with the Color Box Cat Eyes (Chestnut Roan) chalk. And gave the pic a tattered look on the ends.
Thank you for stopping by and taking a glance at my card entry for this week's challenge.
Make sure to stop by Emma's Blog and Take a look at all these Talented Entries. Have a Fabulous Weekend MyFriends!

Beautiful Rosy!
ReplyDeleteI have never tried your technique
of printing it on Iron-on paper and ironing it on fabric. Then, glazeing it to give it a glass effect. TFS I will have to try!
