Hey All... I am really having Fun playing with Nikki Sivils Paper Collections!!! They are so Colorful and Bright. For today's project my Inspiration was the beautiful Spring days we are having here in Ga. So, I decided to make a Cheery Spring card with a 10" Scallop Circle from the Bella Blue and Oscar Too "Bella, Bella" Paper Collection. Here are some Snapshots of the Card:

The entire circle from this Card is from the Center of the 10" Scallop Circle. The Blue Flower is cut from the center and placed a glitter circle in place. Popped up with the pop up dot. The Green Flowers are cut from the outer flower circle scraps. I could not find a mustard color ribbon so I adhered a 3/4" cardstock strip behind the flowers.

I added half beads in the center of the flowers for more added 3D effect.

Love this Sentiment Stamp. Perfect for this Card.

Also, added some Stardust Glitter Glue to the white dots and white scallop lines to match with the large center circle.

I added left over scraps from the scallop circle to coordinate the envelope.
