Good Morning Creative Friends!!! I am happy very happy to be back in the creative world again! On Saturday, I took advantage of "World Cardmaking Day" and made a set of Thank You cards for my Son. My other inspiration to create this set of cards:
Yuuummmyyy!!!
Sorry for that tempting and yummy moment (perfect for this fall weather too)...lol.
Ok now, back too the crafty part of this post. I will try to show and let you know all the steps I took to create this set of cards. Enjoy...
White Embossing Powder and the Heat Tool were used on half of the cards.
Half of the Cards were just left with the Clear Embossing Ink and heat set. It left a rich brown look.
Here are some of the supplies used to make this set of cards. Other supplies was used as the cards were put together.
I used my Susie G. to design all of the cards.
Close-up of the Susie G. Screen.
First layer cut on the Cricut Expression. I forgot to take a pic of the second layer.
This layer was on the second screen and is adhered on the inside of the card.
I didn't use green textured cardstock like I planned to use. This layer was on the second screen as well. I used a light shade of green to color the leaf and sprinkles part of the layer.
I adhered the next layer on top of the leaf one.
I stamped "A Whole Latte Love" from Joy's Life Stamps on the next layer of the cards.
The brown layer was adhered and white top layer was adhered as well.
The last layer was adhered on the inside of the card.
I added Stardust glitter glue the Sprinkles and added white dots around the mug and smaller dots on the leaves.
Here are some Yummy and Fun Supplies (along with links to their site page), I used to make this set of cards.
You still have time to order this Spooky and Fun Pun set from Joy's Life.
Huuurrry Halloween is right around the corner!!!!
