Good Morning All! Welcome back for a fun Sneak Peek, for the My Creative Time February Release. You will ALL Love this month's release! I cannot wait for you to see all of the Stamps and Dies that are coming out. For starters, let me show you a bit of fun I had creating my Victorian themed card.
I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE this Doily die! I can't wait for you all to play with it too!
The bottom part of the jar is cut twice one in pattern cardstock and the other in acetate. It is hard to see, but the shine of the acetate really gives it a real jar look. I embellished the pattern cardstock with diff color stickles. Faux stitches in white gell pen really make the aqua base color really pop.
The lid is colored with the darkest brown BIC marker. Added some glimmer mist to it. Adhered it with foam dots to the rest of the jar. Tied a piece of hemp into a bow and adhered an embellished stitched heart button (from upcoming die release). The fern leaves are scraps from a leftover project.
The base card already had a cut circle in the center. So, I punched a 2" circle from a scrap. Then, stamped the Sentiment from a new stamp set from this upcoming release.
This small flower is part of a stitched flower button die that can be decorated and used in various ways. I distressed this edges and added stickles for glimmer and shine.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Stay tuned all week and for FUN Blog Hop at the end of the week.
Make sure to head on over to My Creative Time to see the rest of the Design Team projects.
