My Pink ATG

Finally All Dressed Up... With Bling and Shimmer

Many months of having my Pink ATG, I finally dressed her up with Pink Bling and Shimmer Translucent Paper. I always wanted to dress my ATG, but was not too happy with what I found out in the stores. This past weekend I took a stroll down the Michael's aisles and found some Inspiration to Finally dress it up. I chose some Pink Bling from Recollections Company and was SUPER excited on how affordable these Cuties were...$1.99/ pkg. Then, saw a can of spray that makes your glass look opaque but still see through like translucent paper. But, I really did not have the time to go through the hastle of masking and painting. So, I remembered I had some Shimmery Translucent Paper that I had purchased a few years ago. Finally, I have a use for something I bought years ago, lol. I also wanted a look for my ATG that was clean and simple. So here it is... and please let me know what you think. I hope you are enjoying shopping or creating the last of your Holiday Gifts. Have a wonderful rest of the week!

"Cricut-less" Throwback Thursday Challenge

Fall Thank You Card... For My Precious Jewel

This Week, Emma at My Creative Time decided to go "Cricut-less" & "Gypsy-less" for this week's Challenge (GASP). It was a bit of a challenge for me. As my machines have been doing all the HARD work lately. I know I wanted to do a Fall Card to display on my Entrace way table. I remembered I had taken some Beautiful pics of my Daughter at the local pond and small pier. This Fall, I have not had time to go and take Fall pictures of
My Family, that is why I used last year's. I printed it on Iron-on paper and ironed it on a creme' color fabric. Then, I put clear glaze to give it a glass effect. Unfortunately,  in the pics that I have taken of the card, it makes my Daughter's pic look distorted. But, the glass effect gives it a very pretty dimension. Also, before I put the glaze, I chalked the ends with the Color Box Cat Eyes (Chestnut Roan) chalk. And gave the pic a tattered look on the ends.
Thank you for stopping by and taking a glance at my card entry for this week's challenge.
Make sure to stop by Emma's Blog and Take a look at all these Talented Entries. Have a Fabulous Weekend MyFriends!

Cricut Imagine Challenge: My Pink Imagine- Nation Wednesday

Girls Rule...

Sweet Hellos Everyone. Today, I made a card with the Cricut Imagine. I received my machine about a week and a half ago. Sorry, time passed by so fast and forgot to post pics of my delivery. Even, my Daughter got to play with this awesome toy.  And of course, Kids now a days do not need Instructions on how to use electronic machines or devices. She got it right away. She looked like she was playing with her Nintendo DSi. Ok, on with the Challenge. Robyn at My Pink Stamper put her Cricut Imagine Challenge up today. So, go over to her blog and check out those amazing and beautiful entries. As, I went back to Robyn's Blog post, I noticed that my card entry is very similar. Sorry Robyn... I totally did not mean to make mine look almost like yours!!! I had my Niece/ Goddaughter in mind. Her Birthday is coming up next month. And when I looked through the " Best Friends" card booklet, this is what I came up with. I wanted to send her a "Girls Rule" type of Card and this is what I came up with:

Thanks so much My Sweet Bloggin' Friends for stopping by. Don't forget to leave a comment if you wish of what you thought of this Iamgine Card Entry. Have a wonderful crisp Fall Wednesday. Enjoy!!!

Last Minute Birthday Cards

HA-P B-DAY Emoticons...
Happy Saturday my Sweet Friends! I hope every Crafty Friend is enjoying this Beautiful Saturday. My Morning has been spent in my Office/Scraproom making last minute Birthday Cards. My Son came home yesterday afterschool not metioning he was going to a last minute invite Birthday Party. His Friends start calling and asking if they could get a ride with him. Not only was I supposed to whip up a last minute birthday card, but I was to drive them all to this birthday party as well. Gotta LOVE this SAHM job!!! Never ends... with a big smile on it! Then, this morning I see that I wrote my Nieces Birthday on the wrong date. It was not on the 16th of November as I had written it... It Was TODAY... Aaaahhh!!! So, that means her Birthday Card will get to her SUPER LATE...Sniff Sniff. But, will be mailed out to her today. Here are a few pics of the super quick and easy cards I worked on. Gotta Love this new Cart (Smiley Cards) that was available to all Gypsy Owners who registered their Gypsy before Oct. 31st. Enjoy your Weekend my Sweet Crafty Friends. And thanks sooo much for stopping by! Don't forget to leave a Sweet Comment... I enjoy reading each and everyone of them!!!
